What You’ll Do Day-to-Day
Speak with individuals who have requested information about their benefits
Make and manage virtual appointments
Present benefit options clearly through online meetings
Assist with applications and basic documentation
Maintain accurate digital records
Participate in ongoing coaching, training, and professional development
Develop leadership and communication skills over time
