Your Role
As a Benefits Representative, you will help working families better understand their coverage options and make informed decisions. This is a service-focused position built around communication and relationship-building.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Confirming and managing appointments with members who have requested benefit information
• Hosting virtual consultations via phone or Zoom to review available options
• Assessing client needs and recommending appropriate coverage solutions
• Maintaining ongoing communication and follow-up support
• Completing a structured training program designed for long-term success
• Setting and achieving performance goals with a clear path toward leadership opportunities
This role centers on education and guidance — not aggressive sales. Your focus is to inform, answer questions, and help clients feel confident in their decisions.
What We’re Looking For
Ideal candidates demonstrate:
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Comfort using computers and online platforms
• Self-motivation and personal discipline
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• A positive, professional attitude and openness to coaching
Experience in customer service, hospitality, sales, or similar client-facing roles is an asset, but not required. We prioritize reliability, work ethic, and willingness to learn.
