The Position
We’re searching for driven individuals who take pride in helping others and creating positive experiences. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for union members seeking information about their benefits. Your responsibility will be to guide them through their options, provide clear explanations, and ensure every question is answered with professionalism.
Your daily responsibilities will include handling inbound and outbound outreach, booking and conducting virtual meetings, presenting benefit programs to interested members, completing paperwork, and checking for accuracy through quality control. If you enjoy building trust, simplifying complex topics, and making a meaningful impact, this is a great fit.

High school diploma or equivalent (further education is a plus)
