The Role
In this position, you’ll be the face and voice of our organization, connecting directly with the families we serve. Your role is to help clients understand their benefits, answer their questions, and make sure every interaction leaves them feeling informed, valued, and protected.
This isn’t just about managing policies — it’s about empowering families, simplifying important information, and becoming a trusted advisor they can count on for years to come.
What You’ll Do
Build lasting relationships through consistent communication and exceptional service
Guide policyholders through their benefit options, updates, and claims with care and clarity
Explain coverage details in a simple, easy-to-understand way
Collaborate with leadership to enhance onboarding and client experience processes
Serve as the main contact for clients’ service needs and inquiries
Engage in continuous training, mentorship, and leadership development for ongoing growth
What We’re Looking For
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A positive, people-first attitude with a passion for helping others
Comfortable working remotely and using digital tools
Self-motivated, organized, and proactive
Experience in customer service, sales, or insurance is an asset (not required)
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States or Canada
