Daily Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with members
- Schedule and confirm appointments
- Conduct virtual benefit presentations for union members
- Explain available programs clearly and professionally
- Assist with completing applications and required paperwork
- Maintain accurate records and follow quality standards
- Use basic computer systems to manage client information
- Participate in ongoing training and leadership development
Qualifications
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Excellent customer service and relationship-building ability
- Positive attitude with strong energy and professionalism
- Comfortable interacting with individuals and groups
- Able to maintain strong customer relations
- Customer service or sales experience preferred, but not required
- Comfortable working with all levels of management and team members
- Team-oriented and coachable
- Legally authorized to work in the U.S. or Canada
