About the Role:

Your Responsibilities:
Connect with members who’ve requested benefits information
Schedule and conduct virtual benefit consultations
Educate clients on their options and help them choose the right protection
Assist in completing applications and ensuring accuracy
Follow up to ensure satisfaction and ongoing support
Participate in leadership development programs and team coaching

Comfortable using digital tools and video platforms
Previous sales or customer service experience is helpful but not required
