What You’ll Do
In this role, you’ll connect with union members who have requested information about their available benefits. You’ll help them navigate their options, explain details clearly, and make sure each member receives the information they need with confidence and understanding.
Daily responsibilities include:
Managing inbound and outbound calls with members who have requested program information
Scheduling and leading virtual meetings to review available options
Providing clear explanations about benefit programs and eligibility
Completing and reviewing necessary forms, applications, and documentation
Maintaining accurate digital records and ensuring quality control for all completed files
Participating in ongoing training and mentorship sessions for professional growth
Collaborating with team members and leaders to ensure timely, consistent service delivery
You’ll work remotely using modern tools and systems, with full support from a dedicated leadership team that values personal growth and long-term career success.
