Role Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound member communications
Schedule and manage virtual appointments
Deliver online presentations to individuals who have requested benefit information
Complete digital applications and required documentation
Maintain accurate records and uphold quality standards
Use basic computer systems and online tools efficiently
Participate in professional development and leadership training programs
Candidate Requirements
Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Professional, positive, and service-oriented approach
Ability to communicate effectively with individuals and teams
Strong relationship-building skills
Previous customer service or sales experience is an asset, but not required
Comfortable working collaboratively in a team environment
Authorized to work in the United States and/or Canada
