Position Overview
This remote role focuses on assisting union members who request benefit information. You’ll speak with them through scheduled calls or virtual meetings, explain their coverage options in simple terms, and complete digital documents to help them finalize their benefits. Every conversation you have helps a family make informed decisions about their financial security.

Lead structured benefit consultations
Explain program details clearly and simply
Complete digital forms with accuracy
