Customer Support Representative (Remote)
We are expanding our remote team across Canada and looking for motivated individuals to support families in understanding programs they have requested information about. This opportunity is focused on communication, education, follow-up, and helping clients make informed decisions from the comfort of your home.
You will work with individuals and families who have already shown interest and are looking for guidance. There is no cold calling or door-to-door prospecting involved. Full training is provided, and prior experience in insurance or financial services is not required.
What You’ll Do
Communicate with clients by phone, video call, and email
Review client requests and explain available options clearly
Answer questions in a professional and helpful manner
Guide clients through simple application and enrollment steps
Maintain accurate client records using digital systems
Follow structured scripts, training, and compliance guidelines
