This role focuses on client communication, education, and follow-up. You will work with individuals who have already requested information and are seeking guidance. Full training is provided, and no previous experience in insurance or financial services is required.


Key Responsibilities

  • Communicate with clients via phone, video call, and email

  • Review requested information and explain available benefit options

  • Answer questions clearly and professionally

  • Guide clients through simple application steps

  • Accurately document client information using digital tools

  • Follow structured scripts, training, and compliance guidelines

  • Work collaboratively with a remote team
