Customer Support Representative – Remote (Canada)
We are currently expanding our remote team across Canada and are seeking Customer Support Representatives to assist individuals and families with understanding available benefit options.
This role focuses on client communication, education, and follow-up. You will work with individuals who have already requested information and are seeking guidance. Full training is provided, and no previous experience in insurance or financial services is required.
Key Responsibilities
Communicate with clients via phone, video call, and email

Answer questions clearly and professionally

Follow structured scripts, training, and compliance guidelines
