Core Responsibilities
Respond to inquiries from individuals who have requested additional details
Coordinate and lead virtual meetings and informational sessions
Present program information in a clear and professional manner
Assist with online applications and digital documentation
Accurately log activity and updates in internal systems
Follow established procedures and quality standards
Engage in ongoing skill-building, coaching, and leadership training
