Core Responsibilities

  • Respond to inquiries from individuals who have requested additional details

  • Coordinate and lead virtual meetings and informational sessions

  • Present program information in a clear and professional manner

  • Assist with online applications and digital documentation

  • Accurately log activity and updates in internal systems

  • Follow established procedures and quality standards

  • Engage in ongoing skill-building, coaching, and leadership training
