Opportunity Overview
This is a fully remote role designed for individuals who want to make a meaningful impact while building a long-term career. You’ll be working with union members who have requested information, helping them understand available benefits and guiding them through their options in a clear and supportive way.
Key Responsibilities
Connecting with members by phone or virtual appointment
Conducting scheduled benefit reviews and consultations
Explaining program details in a simple, easy-to-understand manner
Accurately completing digital documentation
Providing follow-up support to maintain ongoing relationships
Each interaction plays a role in helping families make informed decisions about their protection and financial future.
