What You’ll Do
This is a customer-service–style role with steady workflow and clear tasks. Your responsibilities include:
Confirming and organizing scheduled appointments
Talking with members over phone or online meetings
Explaining information in a simple, easy-to-understand way
Helping members complete online forms and basic digital steps
Keeping notes organized and updating records
Providing a positive, professional experience during each call
