The Opportunity
This is more than a work-from-home job—it’s the chance to build a career that truly matters. You’ll be working directly with union members who request information about their benefits, guiding them through their options, and making sure they feel supported every step of the way.
Day-to-day, you’ll connect with members over phone or video calls, schedule appointments, walk them through their benefit programs, complete follow-up paperwork, and ensure accuracy with quality checks. Every interaction is important—because the benefits you explain directly impact families’ financial security and well-being.
