What You’ll Be Doing

This position centers around communication, organization, and member support. You’ll connect with union members who have expressed interest in learning about their available benefits and guide them through the process from start to finish.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing inbound and outbound member communication

  • Scheduling and conducting benefit consultations

  • Explaining coverage options clearly and professionally

  • Completing digital applications and documentation accurately

  • Ensuring compliance and maintaining high quality standards

  • Engaging in ongoing training and professional development

What You Bring

  • Strong verbal communication abilities

  • A professional, positive, and energetic attitude

  • Confidence building relationships with individuals and groups

  • Solid customer service mindset

  • Previous service or sales experience is helpful, but not required

  • Ability to collaborate effectively with team members and leadership

  • Authorization to work in the United States or Canada
