Position Summary

We’re looking for motivated, service-focused individuals to join our growing team in Sales & Customer Service Representative positions. You’ll work directly with individuals and families who have requested information about supplemental benefit programs, helping them understand their available options and providing professional support throughout the process.

What You'll Be Doing

Your day-to-day responsibilities may include:

• Connecting with individuals who have requested benefit information
• Handling inbound and outbound communication
• Scheduling and conducting virtual appointments
• Presenting and explaining available benefit programs
• Answering questions and helping members understand their options
• Completing applications and required documentation
• Maintaining accurate and organized client records
• Providing follow-up support when needed
• Participating in ongoing training and professional development
• Developing leadership and team-management skills as you progress

Minimum Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional and service-oriented attitude
• Good organizational and time-management abilities
• Basic computer proficiency
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
• Must be able to pass a background check
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Customer service, retail, or sales experience is an asset but not required
