Key Responsibilities

  • Connect with union members virtually (phone, Zoom, or video)

  • Walk families through the benefits they’ve requested

  • Present available programs and coverage options with clarity

  • Recommend tailored solutions that fit each household’s needs

  • Provide ongoing support and follow-up to ensure satisfaction

  • Participate in mentorship programs and leadership development opportunities

  • Contribute to a team culture that values growth, service, and results


What You’ll Need

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Basic comfort with computers and online tools

  • Strong self-discipline, organization, and accountability

  • Ability to manage your own schedule and deliver results consistently

  • Positive attitude and a willingness to learn

  • Must be able to pass a routine background check
