Key Responsibilities
Connect with union members virtually (phone, Zoom, or video)
Walk families through the benefits they’ve requested
Present available programs and coverage options with clarity
Recommend tailored solutions that fit each household’s needs
Provide ongoing support and follow-up to ensure satisfaction
Participate in mentorship programs and leadership development opportunities
Contribute to a team culture that values growth, service, and results
What You’ll Need
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Basic comfort with computers and online tools
Strong self-discipline, organization, and accountability
Ability to manage your own schedule and deliver results consistently
Positive attitude and a willingness to learn
Must be able to pass a routine background check
