About Us
We’re not a traditional insurance organization — we’re a purpose-driven team committed to protecting families and building meaningful career pathways. For more than 60 years, we’ve supported hardworking individuals across North America, helping them secure their financial futures while empowering our representatives to build careers rooted in freedom, flexibility, and purpose.
People are at the center of everything we do. When you invest in their growth, confidence, and potential, success follows naturally. That’s why our culture is grounded in mentorship, development, and integrity — a place where collaboration fuels results and ambition is encouraged.
Thanks to our long-standing partnerships with unions and associations, we’re able to make a tangible impact in communities throughout the U.S. and Canada. Every conversation and every policy contributes to something greater: providing families with peace of mind and long-term security.
