Because these families request to meet with us, our team does not cold call or solicit. We connect only with individuals who have already expressed interest and are looking for guidance.
Your Role
As a representative, you’ll make a meaningful impact by supporting working-class families. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
Coordinating appointments with individuals and families who have requested benefit information
Hosting virtual consultations (Zoom or phone) to walk clients through their options
Discussing coverage needs and helping families identify plans that fit their circumstances
Maintaining ongoing relationships through consistent communication and follow-up
Using an established training system designed to help new representatives succeed
Setting and achieving personal goals, with opportunities to move into leadership as you grow
This position is focused on education, service, and support — not pressure-based selling. Your purpose is to guide families and help them make informed decisions.
What We’re Looking For
Ideal candidates bring:
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Basic computer proficiency and comfort with online platforms
Motivation, discipline, and a solid work ethic
Good organizational and time-management abilities
Professionalism and a willingness to learn
The ability to pass a background check
Experience in customer service, sales, hospitality, or retail is helpful but not required. We prioritize attitude, reliability, and coachability.
