Key Responsibilities

  • Meet virtually or in person with union members who request benefit information

  • Build trust by educating members about their coverage options in a clear and approachable way

  • Recommend personalized programs to meet the unique needs of each family

  • Accurately maintain records, follow up with members, and provide ongoing support

  • Participate in ongoing professional development, training, and mentorship opportunities

  • Contribute to a team culture that values growth, support, and leadership

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Must pass a standard background check
