The Role
This is a fully remote position designed for individuals who want flexibility, training, and clear advancement opportunities. You’ll connect exclusively with clients who have already requested information — no cold calling, ever.
Key Responsibilities:
Contact and follow up with warm leads
Conduct virtual meetings to explain benefit options
Guide clients through choosing a plan that fits their needs
Assist with digital paperwork and applications
Maintain accurate records and follow-up
Participate in team calls and ongoing coaching

Are self-driven, organized, and eager to learn
Want control over your schedule and income
Are comfortable with basic tech tools (Zoom, email, CRM)
Have a background in customer service or sales (a plus, not a must)
