Position Overview

This is a remote position centered on assisting union members who request benefit information. You’ll connect with them through scheduled phone or virtual appointments, walk them through their coverage options in straightforward language, and complete the necessary digital documents to finalize their benefits. Each interaction plays a meaningful role in helping families make confident, informed financial decisions.


Responsibilities

  • Connect with members by phone or Zoom

  • Conduct organized benefit review appointments

  • Break down program information in clear, simple terms

  • Accurately complete digital applications and forms

  • Provide follow-up communication and continued support
