Key Responsibilities
Conduct inbound and outbound calls with members who have requested information
Schedule and host virtual appointments
Present benefit options clearly and confidently via video conferencing
Assist with applications and required documentation
Maintain accurate records and perform quality follow-up
Participate in ongoing training and leadership development programs

Qualifications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Organized, dependable, and self-motivated
High school diploma required (post-secondary education is an asset)
Customer service or sales experience is helpful but not required
