What You’ll Do
In this role, you’ll engage directly with union members who request information about their benefits. Daily responsibilities include:
Handling inbound and outbound calls
Scheduling and hosting appointments (phone or virtual)
Conducting presentations to explain available benefits
Completing required paperwork and documentation
Ensuring quality control and accuracy
Participating in leadership development opportunities
What We’re Looking For
Strong verbal communication skills
Excellent customer service and relationship-building abilities
Positive, energetic, and professional attitude
Ability to work effectively with individuals and groups at all levels
Team-oriented mindset
Basic computer proficiency
Prior customer service or sales experience is a plus
Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. or Canada
