Key Responsibilities
- Communicate with members by phone and video conference
- Respond to incoming inquiries and complete follow-up calls
- Schedule and conduct virtual appointments
- Present available coverage options clearly and accurately
- Assist with applications and required documentation
- Maintain organized and accurate records
- Complete quality-control reviews
- Participate in ongoing training and leadership development
Compensation and Perks

Minimum Qualifications
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal abilities
- Effective time-management and organizational skills
- Basic computer skills and comfort using virtual meeting platforms
- High school diploma or equivalent
Previous customer service, retail, or client-facing experience is preferred but not required. Post-secondary education is an asset but is not mandatory.
