What You’ll Do:
Forget cold calls. Our clients come to us. Your role focuses on guiding and advising members who have already expressed interest in their benefit options. You’ll be responsible for:
Reaching out to members by phone or video to schedule consultations
Hosting virtual meetings to assess needs and recommend tailored coverage
Walking clients through enrollment and completing applications
Maintaining accurate records and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience
Continuously developing your skills through mentorship and training sessions
What You Bring to the Table:

Self-discipline and a proactive work ethic
A driven, coachable mindset with a willingness to learn
Prior experience in customer service or sales is helpful—but not mandatory
