Answer questions and support clients throughout the process

Participate in training and ongoing development opportunities
Qualifications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Professional, reliable, and well-organized
Comfortable working remotely with basic computer tools (Zoom, email, data entry)
Ability to manage time effectively and stay self-motivated
Customer service or sales experience is an asset but not required
Must be eligible to pass a background check
