Position Overview
This role offers more than remote convenience; it provides the chance to contribute to something meaningful. You’ll be assisting union members who personally request benefit information, guiding them through their options and helping them understand the resources available to them.
Your responsibilities will include:
Reaching out to members via phone or virtual meeting
Coordinating and conducting scheduled benefit consultations
Breaking down program details in a straightforward, easy-to-understand way
Completing digital forms with accuracy
Offering follow-up support to maintain ongoing relationships
Every conversation you have helps families make well-informed choices about their coverage and long-term financial protection.
