Appointment Setter - Work From Home
We are currently seeking motivated and professional individuals to join our growing remote team. This is a full-time opportunity for candidates who are looking to build a long-term career, develop professionally, and make a positive impact by helping families understand important programs available to them.
In this role, you will work directly with members and their families who have requested information. There is no cold calling or door-to-door prospecting required. You will be responsible for scheduling appointments, conducting virtual consultations, explaining available options, and helping clients determine which programs best fit their needs.
Responsibilities
Schedule and conduct virtual appointments with members and their families
Explain available programs in a clear, professional, and easy-to-understand way
Assist clients with basic enrollment and application steps
Maintain accurate client records and follow up when needed
Provide excellent service throughout the client experience
Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and team meetings
Work independently while staying connected with a supportive team environment
Qualifications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Basic computer knowledge and comfort working virtually
Reliable work ethic and positive attitude
Strong time management and organizational skills
Ability to work independently from home
Willingness to learn and be coached
Ability to pass a criminal background check
No previous experience is required. Full training and support are provided.
