Position Summary

We are a leading provider of insurance and supplemental benefits, known for strong customer service, transparency, and long-term support for working families. We’re currently hiring motivated, service-minded individuals to fill several remote customer service and sales representative positions.

About the Role

For decades, our organization has partnered with more than 40,000 labor unions and member-based groups across North America. Millions of members rely on us for permanent benefits that continue beyond retirement.

Members request their benefit reviews, so representatives focus on helping, educating, and guiding—not cold-calling.

Daily responsibilities include:

• Handling inbound and outbound calls

• Scheduling and confirming appointments

• Running simple virtual presentations via Zoom

• Completing digital forms and paperwork

• Providing follow-up and ongoing support

• Helping members understand their available benefit programs

Qualifications

• Strong communication and time-management skills

• Reliable, professional, and organized work habits

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Customer service or retail experience is helpful but not required
