What You’ll Do:

• Connect with families who’ve requested benefit information

• Guide them through available options in a clear, honest, and compassionate way

• Host virtual meetings to explain coverage and answer questions

• Complete applications and support the enrollment process

• Stay organized, meet goals, and grow your skills through ongoing coaching

What We’re Looking For:

• You’re self-motivated and thrive in an independent work environment

• You communicate with confidence, clarity, and empathy

• You’re organized, coachable, and driven to succeed

• Sales or customer service experience helps, but it’s not required

• You’re legally eligible to work in the U.S. or Canada
