What the Work Involves
This is a people-focused role centered on communication and service. You’ll connect with union members who have requested information, schedule appointments, and walk them through benefit options in a clear and professional way.
Your day-to-day may include:
Handling inbound and outbound calls
Booking and conducting member appointments
Delivering benefit presentations (virtually or by phone)
Completing digital paperwork and documentation
Ensuring accuracy and maintaining quality standards
Participating in leadership development and team training
