What You’ll Do

  • Connect with individuals and families through scheduled virtual meetings

  • Conduct needs-based conversations to understand client goals

  • Educate clients on available coverage options and guide them through the application process

  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships

  • Provide follow-up support to ensure a smooth and positive client experience

  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Professional, reliable, and self-motivated

  • Comfortable working in a virtual environment

  • Coachable mindset and willingness to learn

  • Previous experience in customer-facing or service roles is an asset, but not required
