Customer Service Representative - Remote
Support Communities. Grow with Purpose. Work From Anywhere.
We’re on a mission to protect the people who power our communities. For over 60 years, our organization has partnered with unions, associations, and local groups across the U.S. and Canada to provide critical life and supplemental insurance coverage — always with integrity, care, and a focus on service.
Now, we’re expanding our nationwide remote team and seeking individuals who want meaningful, long-term careers — not just another sales role.
Your Role:
This isn’t cold calling or high-pressure selling. You’ll be working directly with individuals who’ve already asked for information. Your job is to serve as a trusted guide, helping them navigate their options and make confident decisions for their families.
Your responsibilities include:
Connecting with members by phone or video to schedule personalized consultations
Hosting online meetings to assess needs and explain available coverage options
Helping clients complete enrollment documents and finalize benefit selections
Ensuring every client has a smooth, professional experience from start to finish
Participating in skill-building workshops and mentorship programs
Who You Are:
Compassionate and people-focused, with a heart for service
A confident communicator who can explain complex information clearly
Self-motivated and reliable in a remote work setting
Open to feedback, growth, and continuous learning
Background in sales, customer service, or consulting is a bonus — but not required
Legally eligible to work in the U.S. or Canada
What You’ll Get:
Remote Flexibility: Design your own workspace and schedule
Reliable Income: Weekly pay with monthly bonus opportunities
Career Pathways: Move up quickly based on performance, not seniority
Benefits Access: Health options available after probation
Travel Perks: Qualify for exclusive incentive trips
Supportive Culture: Join a mission-driven team that celebrates your success
