In this role, you’ll connect with members who have requested information about available benefit programs, answer their questions, and guide them through the process. What You’ll Do

• Connect with members who have requested benefit information
• Schedule and conduct virtual appointments by phone or Zoom
• Explain available programs clearly and professionally
• Answer questions and assist with applications and enrollment
• Maintain accurate digital records and documentation
• Provide follow-up support throughout the process
• Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and leadership development
• Work alongside a supportive and goal-oriented team

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Professional, reliable, and organized
• Comfortable working independently from home
• Strong time-management and interpersonal skills
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Willingness to learn and receive coaching
• Customer service, sales, or other client-facing experience is an asset, but not required
