What You’ll Do

• Manage inbound and outbound calls

• Schedule and run virtual benefit consultations

• Explain benefit options in clear, simple terms

• Assist with enrollments, documentation, and follow-ups

• Maintain accuracy, compliance, and professional standards

• Participate in team collaboration and continuous learning

What We’re Looking For
