Appointment Setter Agent (Remote)

The position is fully remote, and previous experience isn’t required. You’ll receive step-by-step training, ongoing coaching, and continued support as you become comfortable in the role.
What Your Day Could Look Like
Rather than commuting to an office, your work is handled virtually. You’ll communicate with individuals who have already shown interest, coordinate appointments, assist with questions, and make sure each person receives the information and support they need.
Your responsibilities may include:
- Contacting individuals who have requested benefit information
- Coordinating and scheduling virtual appointments
- Managing appointment confirmations and follow-up communication
- Answering general questions and providing client support
- Helping keep the process organized from initial contact through follow-up
- Maintaining accurate client and appointment information
- Building positive relationships through professional communication
- Participating in ongoing training and team development
