What You’ll Be Doing

  • Handle inbound and outbound communication with members
  • Schedule and confirm virtual appointments
  • Present benefit options to union members who have requested information
  • Assist with completing basic forms and required documentation
  • Maintain accurate records and follow quality-control standards
  • Use basic computer systems to manage client information
  • Participate in ongoing training and leadership development

Qualifications

  • Strong verbal communication skills
  • Positive attitude with a professional, energetic approach
  • Customer service or sales experience is an asset, but not required
  • Ability to build relationships and communicate clearly
  • Comfortable working with individuals and groups
  • Team-oriented and coachable
  • Able to interact professionally with management, team members, and clients
  • Legally authorized to work in the U.S. or Canada
