Daily Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with members.
- Schedule and confirm virtual appointments.
- Present benefit options through video meetings.
- Assist members with applications and required documentation.
- Maintain accurate records and follow quality standards.
- Use basic computer systems to manage client information.
- Participate in ongoing training, mentorship, and leadership development.
