Key Responsibilities
Communicate with members through inbound and outbound phone calls
Schedule and conduct virtual appointments
Present program information clearly and professionally via online meetings
Assist with applications and required documentation
Perform basic data entry and follow established quality standards
Maintain accurate records and client follow-ups
Participate in optional leadership and professional development sessions
