Key Responsibilities
Communicate with individuals who have requested additional information
Schedule and conduct virtual meetings and online presentations
Clearly explain program options using video conferencing platforms
Assist with digital applications and required documentation
Accurately enter and maintain records in internal systems
Follow quality assurance and compliance standards
Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and leadership development
