Client Service Representative (Remote)
The Role
This opportunity takes a different approach from a typical sales position. There’s no door-to-door prospecting or traditional cold calling. You’ll work with union members who have expressed interest in receiving information about programs available to them and their families.
Your role is to make that process simple. You’ll connect with members, learn about their needs, explain available options, answer questions, and help them understand how different programs may fit their circumstances.
Most interactions take place through phone and virtual appointments, giving you the opportunity to build relationships while working in a flexible environment. Along the way, you’ll strengthen valuable skills in communication, organization, client relations, and leadership.
What You’ll Do
- Connect with members through phone calls and virtual meetings.
- Coordinate and organize appointments using digital scheduling tools.
- Learn about each member’s priorities and provide relevant information based on their needs.
- Explain available programs in a clear, professional, and easy-to-understand manner.
- Assist members with completing necessary forms and documentation.
- Maintain accurate electronic records and follow established procedures.
- Follow up with members to answer additional questions and provide continued support.
- Participate in regular coaching, training, and leadership development opportunities.
What We Provide
Your development starts with structured training and continues throughout your career. Team members have access to:
- Step-by-step training to help you learn the position.
- Ongoing mentorship and individualized coaching.
- A remote work environment with greater flexibility.
- Opportunities for increased responsibility and career advancement.
- Benefits that help provide additional protection for you and your family.
- Weekly pay and performance incentives based on results.
- Professional development and leadership training.
- Recognition and advancement opportunities for strong performers.
- A collaborative environment where team members are encouraged to learn, improve, and succeed together.
