Key Responsibilities

• Connect with members through virtual meetings (and occasionally in person) to discuss benefit options they have requested.

• Present and explain coverage options in a clear, easy-to-understand way.

• Help families identify programs that align with their specific needs.

• Maintain strong relationships by providing dependable service and consistent follow-up.

• Continue building your expertise through training programs and leadership development.
