Key Responsibilities

  • Connect with members who have requested information about available benefit programs
  • Schedule and conduct virtual consultations via video conferencing
  • Clearly explain coverage options and answer client questions
  • Assist clients with the enrollment process and ensure all documentation is completed accurately
  • Provide ongoing customer support and follow-up service
  • Participate in training and personal development while contributing to overall team growth

Qualifications
