Position Overview
In this role, you’ll connect with members who are interested in learning about the programs available to them. Through virtual meetings and phone conversations, you’ll help families understand their options and guide them through the process in a clear and supportive way.
You’ll also work closely with a collaborative team while developing your own professional skills in a structured and supportive environment.
Core Responsibilities
Meet with members through video calls or phone to review benefit options.
Provide clear explanations so families can confidently choose the coverage that fits their needs.
Maintain accurate records and complete required documentation.
Work alongside team members to meet shared goals and deliver quality service.
Contribute ideas and participate in team meetings focused on growth and improvement.
Basic Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in customer service, sales, or collaborative work environments is beneficial.
Strong communication skills and professional presence.
Comfortable using Zoom and completing digital forms or documentation.
