What You’ll Do
In this role, you’ll assist union members who have specifically requested information about their benefits. Your job is to explain their coverage, walk them through available options, and ensure they receive clear guidance and dependable support.
Your main responsibilities include:
Handling inbound and outbound communication with union members
Setting up and conducting virtual or phone-based appointments
Presenting benefit programs in a clear, professional way
Completing digital applications accurately
Maintaining strong compliance and quality standards
Participating in training, mentorship, and leadership development sessions
What We’re Looking For
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
A positive, professional attitude focused on helping people
Solid customer service or relationship-building abilities
Organized, self-motivated, and able to work well in a team
Comfortable using computers, video conferencing, and digital tools
Customer service or sales experience is helpful but not required
Must be legally eligible to work in the U.S. or Canada
