• Work with individuals and families who have requested information about available benefit programs

• Provide support through phone, video calls, and online communication

• No previous insurance experience is required

Daily Responsibilities

• Make inbound and outbound calls
• Schedule appointments with interested clients
• Conduct virtual benefit presentations
• Explain available options clearly and professionally
• Answer client questions and provide helpful guidance
• Complete applications and required paperwork
• Maintain accurate client records and follow-ups
• Participate in training, coaching, and leadership development
• Support quality control and client satisfaction

Minimum Qualifications
