(Entry-Level) Support Specialist - Flexible Schedule
We are a people-focused organization dedicated to helping individuals and families better understand and access the protection available to them. For more than six decades, our team has worked with members of unions, associations, and communities throughout Canada and the United States.
Our approach is centered on service, education, and long-term relationships. We also believe that strong client experiences begin with strong teams, which is why we place a major emphasis on training, mentorship, professional development, and opportunities for advancement.
This is an environment for individuals who want more than a routine job. It is designed for people who are motivated to learn, build valuable communication skills, and grow into greater levels of responsibility over time.
What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll work directly with individuals and families who have expressed interest in learning more about their available benefit options.
Rather than making traditional cold calls, you’ll connect with people who have already requested information, schedule virtual meetings, answer questions, and guide them through the process in a clear and professional way.
Your responsibilities will include:
Meeting with clients virtually by Zoom or phone
Reviewing available benefit options in an easy-to-understand manner
Answering questions and helping clients make informed decisions
Assisting with applications and required documentation
Maintaining accurate digital records and follow-up notes
Providing ongoing support throughout the client experience
Participating in training, coaching, and team development
Working closely with leadership to improve service and overall client satisfaction
